Payment methods

Three secure payment methods are available in the Sapple online shop. All transactions are processed by certified payment providers using state of the art encryption.

Credit card (Stripe)

We accept payments with Visa, Mastercard and American Express. Processing is handled by Stripe Payments Europe Ltd., one of the world's leading payment providers. Your credit card details are transmitted directly to Stripe and are never stored on our servers.

The purchase amount is charged to your credit card immediately after you complete the order. Your order is usually dispatched on the next business day after payment confirmation.

PayPal

If you choose PayPal, you are redirected straight to the PayPal site after completing your order. There you log in with your credentials and confirm the payment. You need a PayPal account to use this payment method.

The payment is charged to your PayPal account immediately. Here too, dispatch usually takes place on the next business day after payment is received.

Bank transfer (advance payment)

You can conveniently transfer the purchase amount to our account in advance. You will receive our bank details immediately after completing your order in the order confirmation email. Please make sure to state your order number as the payment reference.

Please note that we only dispatch your order once the full payment has been received in our account. Depending on your bank, a transfer can take 1 to 3 business days. If payment is not received within 7 business days, we reserve the right to cancel the order.

Prices and VAT

All prices in the shop are final prices in euros and include the Italian statutory VAT of 22%. Shipping costs are shown separately. You will receive a detailed invoice together with your order.

Security

All payment processes are handled exclusively via SSL encrypted connections. Our payment providers Stripe and PayPal are PCI DSS certified and meet the highest security standards in the payment industry.
