We ship our organic energy gels from Kaltern (South Tyrol) to the following countries: Germany, Austria, Italy and Switzerland. Orders are shipped by our standard carrier in neutral packaging.

All shipping costs are per order and are shown transparently in the cart and at checkout.

The stated delivery times start on the day of the shipping confirmation. For payment in advance (bank transfer), the delivery time only starts once the full purchase price has been received in our account.
Shipping carrier
Orders are shipped via a standard parcel carrier. As soon as your order leaves the warehouse, you receive a shipping confirmation by email including a tracking number.
Delivery to Switzerland
For deliveries to Switzerland, additional import duties, customs charges and Swiss VAT may apply, payable by the customer directly to customs or the courier. These costs are not included in our prices or shipping costs.
Packaging and quality
Our products are packed in food safe packaging. Since these are food products, we reserve the right to adjust shipping at short notice in extreme weather conditions to protect product quality. In that case we will inform you immediately by email.
